3.2.2 Torch body. The design and materials of the torch body shall be those considered by the manufacturer as standard. The torch body shall be designed to accept interchangeable tips and have a type A inlet hose fitting. The torch body shall have a rear control shut-off valve, a front control shut-off valve, or a thumb control lever valve as specified (see 7.3(b)).
3.2.3 Torch tips. The torch tips shall be made of brass or bronze with end fittings compatible with the torch body. Unless otherwise specified (see 7.3(c)), one torch tip of each of the sizes shown in table I shall be provided.

3.2.4 Soldering iron tip. The soldering iron tip shall be pointed (pyramidal) and made from copper. Unless otherwise specified (see 7.3(d)), a soldering iron tip of the size shown in table I shall be provided.
3.2.5 Hose assembly. Unless otherwise specified (see 7.3(e)), the hose assembly shall consist of
12 1/2 feet of 3/16-inch-diameter acetylene gas grade hose with type A connectors to fit the torch body inlet and the pressure regulator outlet.
3.2.6 Adaptor. When specified (see 7.3(f)), an adaptor shall be provided to allow installation of the pressure regulator with a type B connector on a type MC tank.
3.2.7 Wrench. When specified (see 7.3(g)), a combination wrench shall be provided that fits the type B and MC tank valves, the pressure regulator, the adaptor, and the type A hose nuts.
3.2.8 Flint lighter. When specified (see 7.3(h)), a flint lighter with a replaceable flint and spare flints shall be provided.
3.2.9 Carrying case. When specified (see 7.3(i)), a metal or plastic carrying case shall be provided that has sufficient size to hold all of the components of the brazing and soldering set.
3.2.10 Optional accessories. Optional accessories shall be furnished as specified (see 7.3(j)).
4. REGULATORY REQUIREMENTS
4.1 Recovered materials. The offeror/contractor is encouraged to use recovered materials to the maximum extent practicable, in accordance with paragraph 23.403 of the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR).
